What this covers

The courses, course texts, presentations, prompt packs and skills that AIVIS.ONE LLC publishes free on aivis.one are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), unless a page marks them otherwise.

You may

  • copy and share the unmodified material in any medium or format;
  • do so for non-commercial purposes, with credit to us.

You may not

  • use the material for commercial purposes, beyond the use at work allowed below;
  • share a modified version, whether remixed, transformed or built upon;
  • suggest that we endorse you or your use;
  • add legal terms or technical measures that stop others from doing what the licence allows.

Using the tools at work

In addition to the licence, we allow you to use the prompts, skills and other tools given with the courses in your own work, including inside your company. Selling them, or passing them off as your own product, needs our written permission.

How to credit us

Give the title, the author, the source and the licence, keep the copyright and licence notices, and link to the licence. A short form:

Commercial use and changes

Sharing an adapted version, and any other commercial use, needs our prior written permission. Write to legal@aivis.one. While you follow the licence, we cannot withdraw it from you.

What the licence does not cover

  • Material marked as paid or proprietary.
  • Third-party material, which keeps its own licence.
  • The names and logos of AIVIS.ONE: no trademark rights are licensed.
