Cookie and local storage notice
Updated 14 October 2026
In short
The public pages of aivis.one set no cookies of their own. They use your browser’s local storage for one setting, the colour theme, and only after you press the theme button. We run no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts, so there is no consent banner. The only cookie that can reach your browser is a strictly necessary security cookie that Cloudflare, Inc. may set as our proxy; see “Server logs and the proxy”.
What is stored
The site writes only this key to your device.
The key aivis-theme is kept in the local storage of your browser. It holds one word, “light” or “dark”, so that your next visit shows the theme you chose. Our own page script writes it when you press the theme button and reads it when a page loads. It stays until you delete it or clear the site’s data, and it is never sent to a server.
What is not stored
- No cookies are set by our own pages.
- No session storage and no IndexedDB.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking identifiers, and no fingerprinting.
- Your language is set by the page you open. It is not stored.
Server logs and the proxy
The site runs on the company’s own server, and traffic to it passes through Cloudflare, Inc. as a proxy for protection and speed. Our server and Cloudflare, Inc. receive each request and may keep standard operating logs (your IP address, the page requested, the time, your browser). These are not stored on your device. They are described in the privacy policy.
Because the proxy stands between your browser and our server, Cloudflare, Inc. may set a cookie that is strictly necessary for security, for example to tell real visitors from automated attacks. Our pages do not set it and we do not control its content. It is not used for tracking or advertising, and it does not need your consent. You can delete it in your browser at any time.
Why no consent is asked
The theme key is stored only because you press the button, and only to give you what you asked for. We treat it as exempt from consent, as we treat the strictly necessary security cookie of the proxy.
A tool that needs consent, such as analytics or an embedded third-party widget, would need your consent first, and this notice would list it.
How to remove or block it
Delete the key in your browser’s site-data settings, or block local storage for this site. The site works fully without it. Without the key, the theme follows your device’s light or dark setting on each visit.
The cabinet
The cabinet (aivis.one/app) sets no cookies of its own either. It keeps in your browser’s storage only what it needs to work: the token that keeps you signed in, the language and theme you chose and, if you came through an integrator’s link, the code of that link until you register. Its pages also load Telegram’s Mini App script from telegram.org, so that the cabinet can open inside Telegram; that script keeps one technical key in the session storage of your browser tab until you close the tab, and Telegram receives the request under its own policy. All of this serves the service you asked for, and none of it is used for tracking or advertising. You can delete it in your browser’s site-data settings; you will then have to sign in again.
Complaints
